Suppliers are evaluated based on a balanced scorecard including technical competence, financial stability, health & safety performance, environmental responsibility, and cost-effectiveness. We prioritize suppliers who demonstrate innovation and commitment to Mongolia's economic development.
Safety is our paramount concern. Suppliers must meet or exceed OUH’s HSE standards and maintain a mature safety culture. Environmental impact assessments are integral to our procurement decisions, favoring carbon-efficient and waste-minimizing solutions.
